For death is no more than a turning of us over from time to eternity.

MY STORY
It was merely by chance that I stumbled into funeral photography back in 2013. The funeral was for a cousin of mine, and I remember vividly the pain and sorrow that the family was going through with the loss of a beloved family member. The funeral photography business was almost non-existent at that time so I volunteered myself to personally take pictures at her funeral. The response from my family was overwhelming with appreciation for being able to have these precious moments captured so that they could cherish her life and memories forever. I realized that while funerals are a time for sadness and mourning it is also an important time for loved ones to share their love for the deceased and bring a little light into a time of darkness. Through my photographs, people who were also not able to attend the funeral that day reached out to me sharing their gratitude for feeling like they were able to be present in some small way by viewing the pictures and were able to pay their last respects to my cousin.
This first project ignited my passion for this kind of work and since then I have gained much experience doing numerous photo shoot for all events surrounding the funeral process including the viewing, prayer ceremony at the mortuary, funeral mass at church and the final burial at the cemetery. All the photographs are then personally selected, edited, and made available through digital Photo Galleries, Slideshows, and Memorial DVDs.
I take great pride in my work and am honored to be present at such personal occasions. I truly believe that the photographs that I capture at these funerals are of great comfort to people and it is my privilege to provide this service at a time of great need
